Dr. Michael A.G. He is also an accomplished editor with numerous editorial credits. ==Early life== Haykin was born in England of Irish and Kurdish parents. He grew up in Birmingham, England and Coventry, England, before moving to Canada with his family when he was twelve. Haykin was converted to Christ in 1974.
